Service Refund Policy
All Sales are Final on Services. Refunds on Bundled Service Sales will be pro-rated according to the unused portion of the bundled service and is non-refundable after 90 days. The price of the used portion of the bundled service reverts to the full price if a refund is requested on the unused portion. A $20 bank charge will be applied and deducted from the refunded amount.
Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Essential Oil products, and the likelihood of contamination, all essential oils and essential oil blended products are final sales. This includes bracelets that include aromatherapy and essential oils.
All crystal gem products (bracelets, lamp wears, and wearables) have a one year repair or replacement guarantee. Some of the original crystal gems used in a bracelet may not be available and we will substitute a similar stone at our discretion.

- Download and fill out the Repair/Replacement Form and include with your return
